This website describes PhosLab's services for information only. Nothing on it is a binding offer. Pilot terms are agreed in writing with each client.

Pilot terms

The pilot runs for 30 days, for up to three open roles or five recruiters, unless the written agreement says otherwise. The guarantee, its measurement, and the fee are set out in that agreement.

Responsibilities

• The client decides which candidates progress, and is responsible for those decisions.
• The client confirms it has a lawful basis to share candidate information with us.
• We provide the service with reasonable care, and we will tell the client promptly if we cannot meet agreed criteria.

Intellectual property

The website content belongs to PhosLab. Clients keep ownership of their own data and their own job criteria.

Limitation

To the extent the law allows, PhosLab is not liable for indirect losses. Liability is limited to the fees paid under the pilot agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, unless the pilot agreement says otherwise.
