Visitors to this website

This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers. When you email us, we keep your name, email address, and what you write, so we can reply and prepare pilot terms.

Candidate data in the pilot

Where we process candidate information for a client agency, we do so on the agency's instructions, for the roles they have agreed. The pilot agreement sets out the categories of data, the purpose, retention, security measures, and how candidates can exercise their rights.

Our recommendations are reviewed by a person before any decision is made about a candidate. We do not make automated rejections.

Retention

Email correspondence is kept for as long as needed to respond and to manage the pilot, then deleted. Candidate data is kept only as long as the pilot agreement allows.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email us and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Changes

We will update this notice when our practices change, and show the date at the top.
